Quality control is executed through rigorous phases: raw material inspection, part visual and dimension verification, pre-T1 trial mold inspection, CMM inspection, and a comprehensive disassembly check of the injection, cooling, and ejection systems prior to shipping.

Every mold is lubricated with grease, wrapped securely in protective plastic film, and packed inside a sea-worthy wooden case. We primarily ship molds by sea, but air freight can be arranged for urgent requests.
