FAQ
Do you use public molds for your products?
Absolutely not. All products you see are self-developed and professionally designed by our engineers.
What makes these LED lights different?
What makes our LED lights different is the utilization of brand new technologies, such as TIR (Total Internal Reflection) Lenses, Multi-Surface Reflector plus Lens Optical Systems, and ETM (Electronic Thermal Management) Technology. These are far more efficient ways to collect more lumens and project them forward, making the brightness of our lights superior to others.
Do your products have any certification?
Yes, our quality management system is ISO9001 certified. All lights are CE and E-Mark certified. Our hot-selling 7-inch and 10-inch headlights have been approved by DOT, E8 (ECE-R112 & ECE-R7), and our 6-inch driving light also obtains E-MARK approval.
How do you control the quality of the lights?
During the production process, our trained QC team inspects products by checking the current, waterproof functions, lifespan, appearance, etc. Every piece of LED light must be approved through strict inspection to ensure that there are no defects, such as moisture, dimming LEDs, or improper operation, before delivery.
Will these LED lights interfere with other electronics in the vehicle?
No, we guarantee that our lights will not cause EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) issues. As a professional manufacturer, we establish high standards for lighting design and conduct comprehensive testing throughout both the R&D stage and the production process.
What is ETM technology?
ETM stands for Electronic Thermal Management, which automatically lowers the current when the operating temperature of the light gets high. This helps extend the lifespan of the lights by 2 to 3 years.
