Start from part design analysis.
Mold design drawing and DFM report available so you can see how the mold is going to be before mold making.
If the product is complex, a moldflow report will be presented as well.
In-house mold making shop ensures your mold quality is under well control.
Normally it takes 20-40 days to make the mold; precise time depends on the part design.
Injection molded parts can be different materials such as ABS/PC/PP/HDPE/POM/PA6/PA6+GF/PVC/NYLON/PMMA/PET, etc.
Our mold factory can also provide different surface treatments for injection molded parts.
Commonly used surface treatments for injection molded parts include: Texture/Sandy/MT/YS/SPI/EDM finish/smooth/glossy/VDI.

Q2: How can I get a quotation?

We will submit the quotation within 24 hours if we receive detailed information during working days. Please provide us with the following details along with your inquiry:
1). 3D STEP files and 2D drawings;
2). Material requirements;
3). Surface treatment;
4). Quantity (per order/per month/annual);
5). Any special demands or requirements such as packing, labels, delivery, etc.

Q3: How do you perform quality control?

1). Incoming materials inspection by IQC;
2). During processing, our IPQC checks the injection molded parts hourly to ensure no defects;
3). FQC checks the products before they are sent to the warehouse;
4). 100% inspection by QC before shipping.

Q4: What should we do if we receive defective products?

If you receive a defective product, please send us photos. We will immediately coordinate with our engineering and QC departments and solve the issues as soon as possible.

Q5: How do you pack the molds and products?

1). For molds: we apply a layer of anti-rust oil first, then wrap them in thin film, and finally pack them into a fumigated wooden case.
2). For products: we pack them into standard export cartons or according to the customer's specific packaging requirements.

Q6: What materials and surface treatments do you offer for injection molded parts?

We support a wide range of plastic materials including ABS, PC, PP, HDPE, POM, PA6, PA6+GF, PVC, NYLON, PMMA, PET, etc. Available surface treatments include Texture, Sandy, MT, YS, SPI, EDM finish, smooth, glossy, and VDI.
